Cancellation Policy

Notice required to avoid charges:

Cancellation for stays of 1-6 nights, notice up to 4pm the day prior to arrival.

3 days notice required for cancellation of stays of 7-29 nights.

7 days notice required for cancellation of stays of 30+ nights.

7 days notice required for cancellation of group bookings - 5 or more apartments class as a group booking, separate terms and conditions apply.

Deposit

A security deposit of GBP 250 is required for incidentals and will be taken upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

For group bookings (five or more people) a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
