Cancellation Policy

If guest wish to cancel a booking of 1-6 nights, a notice must be given no less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date.

For bookings of 7 -27 nights length a cancellation notice must be given 7 days before midday of the arrival date.

If the cancellation is for a booking of 28 nights or more, then the notice must be provided no less than 14 days pior to midday on the day the booking commences.

Failure to comply will result in fees being charged.


A security deposit will be required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The security will be returned within 7 days of departing.
