View our Luxury Serviced Apartments in Sheffield

Sheffield is a fun and exciting metropolitan city in South Yorkshire.  The name ‘Sheffield’ is derived from the river Sheaf, which runs through the city.  The city with its population of around 570,000 is one of the largest regional English Cities in the Core Cities Group.

There is much to see and do in this fantastic city.  From eating at one of the many restaurants, cafés and bars, to visiting parks, climbing, and walking along Victoria Quay, there is always something to do.  There are also some famous indoor and outdoor gardens worth visiting, such as the Winter Gardens at 90 Surrey Street.  There are few places as lovely as the Winter Gardens.  Its great selection of tropical flowers and atmosphere makes it the perfect place to spend a lazy day, come rain or shine.  The venue is also famed for hosting the annual World Snooker Championship at the Crucible Theatre.

Sheffield has great transport connectivity.  The Supertram connects many of Sheffield’s suburbs with the city centre and the popular Meadowhall shopping complex.  Sheffield train station offers links to London, the East Midlands, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham, and Bristol.
