Once you have identified the London Serviced Apartment that you would like to book, it is very straight forward to complete your booking, and we will then guide you through our quick and easy booking process as follows!
Our itemised quote is sent to you by email, listing apartment options, with a full breakdown of cost per apartment, and a breakdown of the VAT element of the rate, which you will need if you are booking your apartment for business. Links to each property on the quote are available from the email, where you can view all images, descriptions and policies of each apartment, so that you make a fully informed decision.
Let us know which Serviced Apartment you would like to book!
Once you have reviewed your quote, and have decided which apartment you would like to stay in for your trip, then just let us know by email or by telephone. We will then place the apartment on hold which allows us to finalise the booking.
We will then send you a simple on line booking form to complete, which captures your details, whether you are a company or individual, and allows you to review the Terms and Conditions of that particular property. Once this has been submitted (this takes no longer than 2 minutes to complete), you can either pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card remotely or in person.
Once you have completed our booking form, and we have received your payment, we will then send you your booking confirmation document, which will contain full apartment address, information on how to collect your keys upon arrival, together with a contact telephone number for assistance should you need it, before, during, or after arrival.
