About This Area

Serviced Apartments in Hammersmith & Chiswick

Stay in this family friendly part of town with Protem

The perfect combination of residential, leafy London life, busy offices and high street shopping, our serviced apartments in Chiswick and Hammersmith provide guests with a convenient and balanced stay.

Serviced by the District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City lines, via a number of underground stations dotted around the area, you will enjoy great transport links around the city, perfect for those planning to travel outside of the borough during their stay. Hammersmith Flyover provides easy access to destinations across the capital via car and Heathrow Airport is just a thirty-minute drive away, which is great for our international guests.

This area is a key transport hub and employment centre in West London, and the location of several multinational company offices, including Walt Disney and Immediate Media. If you are looking to spend lazy afternoons in cafes or indulge in a spot of shopping, however, both King Street and Chiswick High Road provide varied experiences, depending on what you are after. Lots of children and parents tend to enjoy the family friendly restaurants and cafes that line Chiswick High Road although, in the evenings, the number of intimate bars and varied food spots are flooded with young professionals looking to relax. King Street in Hammersmith, another main road in the area, is home to Hammersmith Broadway, as well as a number of high street stores.

The area is also home to some interesting landmarks and tourist spots, including the Lyric Theatre, Chiswick House & Gardens, the National Archives and Olympia London. This leafy suburb is, of course, adorned with plenty of green space, including Dukes Meadows, Brook Green and Ravenscourt Park, although you won’t need a break from city life while staying in this tree lined part of town. The pubs along the river, including the Rutland, The Blue Anchor and The Crabtree also provide a unique place to entertain clients or spend an afternoon watching the rowers pace up and down the river along the same route as the Oxford and Cambridge boat race.

If you are looking for a more relaxed city stay, enquire about our serviced apartments in Hammersmith today.
