Serviced Apartments Notting Hill
Stay in the cultural hub of West London with Protem
With its colourful history and rich cultural vibrancy, Notting Hill is certainly not for the feint hearted. Multi-coloured houses line quirky pavements and almost every street corner is adorned with a peculiar bar or interesting eatery, while the hard to miss hill reminds us where the area gets its name from.
The area is, of course, best known for providing the backdrop to Richard Curtis’ 1999 screenplay, Notting Hill but offers permanent and temporary residents with so much more than that, including Europe’s largest street party, The Notting Hill Carnival.
Portobello Market is the life and soul of the area, with its largest than life stall holders selling everything from antiques to fresh fruit. On the same road, you will find eclectic bars including Trailer Happiness and the Rum Kitchen, which provide an unusual spot for after work drinks or venues to entertain clients. The Electric Cinema – a plush place to watch new releases while sipping on a glass of wine and eating a hearty meal – is also a favourite with many of our guests, as well as Westfield shopping centre, home to a wide range of high street and designer shops and the o2 Shepherds Bush and Design Museum.
The area is not short of green spaces either and with Holland Park, the Kyoto Gardens and Kensington Gardens on the doorstep of our accommodation in Notting Hill London, you will find plenty of opportunity to take respite from busy city life.
Serviced by five London Underground stations in the area and tube lines including, the Central, District, Circle and Overground means that this area provides excellent transport links across Central London. With Paddington Station in close proximity to this affluent area, you will also have access to the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) as well as rail links to destinations across the UK.
